Buttermilk Chive Dressing
Ingredients:
¼ cup yogurt
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cider vinegar
½ cup buttermilk
4 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
Pinch salt
Procedure:
Place yogurt in a fine sieve and drain for 15 minutes. Combine sugar, vinegar, buttermilk, chives, and salt in a small bowl and whisk until blended smoothly. Add yogurt and whisk into dressing. Refrigerate. Dressing can be stored for up to a week in the refrigerator.
