Grilled Radicchio with Orange and Balsamic Vinegar
Michael Symon’s Grilled Radicchio with Orange and Balsamic Vinegar recipe is a cinch to make — even on the grill. Recipe serves 4-6.
2 heads radicchio, quartered through the core
1 Tbsp olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
Heat a grill pan over medium heat (or preheat your grill to medium). Drizzle the radicchio with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill the radicchio on the preheated pan (or grill) for 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle the radicchio with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil, balsamic vinegar, orange zest and orange juice. Serve.
