Blackened Green Beans
When done, serve with vinaigrette: (mix all very well)
Ingredients:
For Green Beans:
10 Cups green beans
¼ Cups olive oil
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 Tablespoon paprika
For Vinaigrette:
½cup butter milk
3 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ cup olove oil
3 Tablespoon fresh chopped scallions
1-2 Tablespoons fresh tarragon.
Procedure:
Parboil green beans ( 2-3 minutes) and then dry. Mix green beans with olive oil, fresh thyme and paprika.
Cook in oven on cookie sheet 15-20 minutes at 415° degrees till half blackened, stir and flip every 5 miuntes.
Serves 4
